Beth is a Senior Account Executive at LM Communications. Beth has worked in the radio advertising industry for over 20 years.  Working in several different markets such as, Portland, OR, Butte, MT and Hagerstown, MD, has given her the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses with different needs.  With this experience she is adept at making the right recommendations to fit her clients needs.

Beth has just been selected to serve as a RCHF Board of Director.

When Beth is not working, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and kayaking.

Ashley is Senior Loan Officer at Luminate Home Loans.  

Ashley has been assisting clients with Residential Lending for almost 15 years.  Though most of her clients are in the Central Kentucky area,  she can assist with mortgage needs in all 50 states.  

When she isn’t working, Ashley can be found spending time with her little boy, Rhodes and her fiancé Jon.   Most any and all of our spare time is spent doing all things music and traveling. 

Meet Laura Mobley-Corn, Owner of Express Employment Professionals in Lexington, Kentucky

I've been in the staffing industry for nearly 30 years. In 2022, I embarked on a new adventure by moving to Lexington and becoming the proud owner of Express Employment Professionals. Helping people find jobs and supporting local businesses is at the heart of what I do, and I'm thrilled to be part of such a wonderful community.

Originally from Illinois, I moved to Michigan in 2000, where I raised my two sons, Blake and Cody Hewitt. I've been married to my wonderful husband, Mark Corn, for 15 years and have two bonus children, Morgan and Ryan. We live in Richmond with our two fur babies, Izzy and Daisy.

My journey into staffing began by accident back in 1996, but it didn't take long for me to discover how much I love it. There's nothing more rewarding than helping someone land a job they're excited about or finding the perfect employee for a company. Staffing isn't always easy—after all, we're working with people, who are naturally unpredictable—but that's what makes it so fulfilling. My main focus is ensuring that we provide the best possible service to both job seekers and employers.

Nora Swanson graduated from Metropolitan State College with a custom-contracted B.A. in Arts and Humanities, Marketing, and Management as she saw a lack of standard offerings that offered this type of blended discipline at that time.

She is certified as a workshop presenter via the Berea Learnshops Program and holds both the Kentucky Crafted and Kentucky Proud certifications.

Her background spans 35 years of making innovative art that interlaces with many aspects of science and technology. The first Fourteen years spent in art sales and production, corporate event planning and performance arts, as well as teaching and mentoring along the way, fostered her passion for mastering the business side of creativity, anchored by solid practices and life experience.

This all set the stage for a career path in a wide range of art-related environments, from building a successful jewelry business from two scraps of copper retrieved off the floor of a garage studio to self-teaching the process of making her own custom chocolate molds and becoming a chocolatier for her current deep-dive venture of building Your Chocolate Gift, LLC.

Nora has an in-depth understanding of the emotional, psychological, strategic methods and an endless abundance of creativity that goes along with selling goods and services. Her philosophy is to “Make the familiar surprising and the surprising, a necessity.”

Christine Trout Van Tatenhove owns Junkluggers of Kentucky and Remix Market Lexington, a secondhand thrift store, with a focus on sustainability and philanthropy.  Junkluggers and Remix Market Lexington serves central Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and the Louisville/Southern Indiana regions.  In addition, she serves as the Special Counsel to the Speaker of the House in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  Previously, she served as Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Public Protection Cabinet, where she oversaw the regulation of the alcohol industry throughout the Commonwealth.

Chris is no stranger to public service. She previously served as Chief of Staff to the Personnel Cabinet, and as legal counsel for the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions, including as a Special Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting securities fraud.  Prior to that, she served for two years as a federal law clerk.

She is also an accomplished legal practitioner and maintained a private law practice that concentrated in the areas of white-collar criminal defense as well as complex business and commercial litigation matters.

A native of Whitesburg, Kentucky, she attended the University of Louisville where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1999, and was a McConnell Scholar.  In 2002, she received a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

In her spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with her family, photography and travel.  She loves ethnic food and sipping Kentucky bourbon.

Karen plays a key role in making the often confusing world of group/employee benefits easier to understand.  Whether it's explaining the range of employee benefits - health insurance plans, dental and vision plans, life insurance or disability plans she supports employers by designing an attractive total compensation package based on an organizations budget goals and employee attraction & retention goals. Her expertise ensures employers make informed decisions, leading to greater employee satisfaction and maximizing the value of the benefits offered by the employer.

With a BFA in Graphic Design from Eastern Kentucky University and over a decade of experience in marketing, Jessica Goodin brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to Bank of the Bluegrass & Trust Co., where she has been serving as the Director of Marketing since 2021. Driven by a passion for connecting with the Lexington community, Jessica is dedicated to learning and growing both personally and professionally, using her role to find the best ways to serve customers and support the bank’s mission. Outside of work, she is deeply involved in the healing arts and natural health, holding additional training in breathwork, craniosacral therapy, and yoga, as well as being a licensed massage therapist.

Dr. Janelle McNeal is the owner and director of True North Counseling & Development, PLLC, a group private practice in Lexington with a special focus on providing in-person and online counseling services for women, as well as other creative programming, for women’s personal

and professional development.

True North therapists’ areas of specialization include, stress, grief, trauma, couples counseling, EMDR therapy, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and more. The mission of the practice is to assist clients

in moving beyond symptom reduction to the point of truly thriving.

Janelle primarily works with stressed out entrepreneurial and professional women to help them navigate their multiple roles and gain more self-compassion, clarity, and confidence.

In addition to counseling, Janelle facilitates online groups called Success Circles where ambitious women support one another on their journey of personal and career development.

She also provides engaging workshops and presentations on topics such as burnout, perfectionism, procrastination, and goal-setting as well as other topics that matter to high-achieving women.

On a personal note, Janelle loves hanging out with her husband and two sons, and her favorite dessert is birthday cake with sprinkles even if it’s not anyone’s birthday!

Cristie Cerniglia is a ridiculously happy wife after 30 years of marriage.  Mom of 4 and Kiki to 3, she is passionate about helping women rewind their relationships back to the fun and romance of dating (with or without their husband's efforts)!

After years in corporate sales, Kari started her own business in 2019.  Originally from Indianapolis, IN,  Kari has lived in Lexington, KY since 2008 when she became a single mom. Kari has 2 children, a 26-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. She knows the many aspects of having to juggle a busy schedule and still manage a thriving home life. It is out of these struggles that Kari developed a deep passion for helping others thrive at home.

As a Personal Household Services Provider, Kari creates customized plans for each families success.

Whether it's running household errands, taking care of the laundry or providing fresh home cooked meals, Kari's goal is to free up more time for you to do what you love. Alicia is a Private Banking Relationship Manager with Stock Yards Bank and Trust. With over 12 years banking experience she takes pride in offering white glove service to her business clients. She specializes in helping Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians etc with mortgages, business lines of credit and/or equipment loans to help build their practice and personal wealth.

Born in NY and raised in Lexington, Alicia lived in Chicago and Los Angeles for many years performing on stage and screen. Alicia is happy to be back in her hometown helping others expand their business and connections. Alicia is super pumped to be a member of Ladies Leads. Following in the footsteps of her late mother, she is a huge advocate and extremely passionate about women supporting women.

Alicia is married to her high school sweetheart, Blake, and is the mom of 2 boys who keep them busy with ALL the sports. When she's not at a sports game or shuttling to and from, Alicia can be seen singing with Secondhand News; A Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band with her husband Blake on bass. Alicia enjoys performing on stage, playing sports, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Leslie is the Marketing Director for Men In Kilts Lexington, an exterior cleaning company locally owned and operated by her husband Dan Noel. Offering window and gutter cleaning as well as house and pressure washing, Men In Kilts is your tough-to-tackle cleaning team. And, yes, they really do wear kilts!

Leslie is also the Director of Business Optimization for Valvoline Instant Oil Change. While her background spans industries including multi-unit restaurant operations, textile design/wholesale, and professional services, the common threads have been strategy, marketing, and leadership.

Leslie serves as the Vice Chair of Ashland Credit Union's board of directors and has a BA in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Go Cats!
